The gyms below all charge on a per-entry basis and are located within KL for your convenience.
1. EZ Blast Gym
EZ Blast is one of the most affordable gyms located right in Prima Sri Gombak.
EZ Blast provides a variety of short-term payment options varying from daily to monthly. Clients can access weights only for RM5 per entry, whereas to utilize both weights and cardio equipment it costs RM8 per entry. Ladies have a private gym area which has a monthly subscription rate of RM100.

2. Kompleks Sukan Bangsar
Kompleks Sukan Bangsar takes prime in providing the lowest entry prices for a quick workout.
Per entry rate during the daytime is RM2 & during the evening it is RM5. It is equipped with an adequate list of weights and cardio.
This Kompleks also comes with a tennis court, a futsal court, and a badminton court with prices ranging from RM8 an hour to RM20 an hour respectively.
If you wish to relax and unwind, there is also a 25m swimming pool but there are no lifeguards available.

3. X’treme Hardcore Gym
Just another ordinary neighbourhood gym, controversial to its name.
This orange walled lot was once located in Wangsa Maju, is currently shining in Wangsa Melawati and is equipped with free weights and cardio equipment. The price per entry here is a mere RM5 and they even have a ladies walk in free on Saturdays.

4. Pushmore Fitness Centre
If you want something to kickstart your metabolism, you should try Crossfit. PushMore has been the pioneer of CrossFit in Malaysia, offering championships and obstacle courses.
They have been gaining popularity overtime for their brand of cross-discipline fitness.
CrossFit is a combination of weightlfiting and gymnastics performed over a circuit style workout routine which changes everyday.

5. Red Line Gym
This gym is famous amongst students from Taylors and INTI subang, as it is the nearest one to them. Red Line Gym is equipped with basic machines such as treadmill and power cycles and also weights for intense workout sessions. As Red Line is suited for students, the price per entry is as low as RM7.
Red Line is good enough for both beginners and workout junkies to swing by for a workout session.

6. The Outlaw
A warehouse filled with cardio equipment and free weights is what’s The Outlaw all about. This place is renovated and equipped with bumper plates and cardio machines to make you work out in a large space.
Known for both cardio and powerlifting, this place provides everything you would require for strength training and bulking. Classes are available at the Outlaw for people interested in powerlifting.

7. Muscle Max
Located in the heart of Ara Damansara is a local gym fully equipped with cardio machines and heavy weights. This gym is very famous amongst the people who live around Ara Damansara as they do not have to go all the way in the traffic to work out.

Home of Malaysia powerlifting Alliances, Hale Athletics has provided world class athletes and coaches. Previously known as QLS fitness, this haven for athletes maintains professional standards and is well equipped for powerlifting and strength training.

9. Elements Gym
Do you have work all week?
Well, here at Elements Gym they provide you a weekend deal where you can fully utilize the Gym, the infinity pool, and the Sauna.
Element is located in Jalan Tun Razak, in which it takes pride in their infinity pool which overlooks the KL City. This boutique gym has all features required from treadmills to lightweights. Elements is worth waking up in the weekends, just to have that dip in the pool.
Registration : RM300, RM190 per month with 12 months contract.

10. Blitz Gym
This establishment in SS15 prides themselves in providing an affordable fitness centre and within budget. It is equipped with all machinery and weights required for a proper workout session.Blitz Gym does not believe in contracts, hence there is zero commitment and furthermore there are no hidden charges or registration fee for that matter.
You can either pay RM10 per entry or have a monthly plan of RM99 for 25-days. This gym is fully equipped with squat racks, benches and even treadmills and spinning bikes.
